The client had 180,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok and was posting content manually without a calendar, without analytics, and without any mechanism to capture audience members into a direct-contact channel. Every algorithm change was an existential event. Brand deals were closed via Instagram DMs with no formal media kit. Revenue was entirely dependent on platform goodwill. The goal: build a system that converted platform followers into owned audience — email subscribers, website visitors — so that no single algorithm change could erase the business.
What We Built in 6 Weeks
Week 1-2: WordPress website built on Hello Elementor with Elementor Pro. Custom brand design matching the visual identity. Five core pages: Home, About, Blog, Press Kit (gated, for brands), and Contact. SEO configuration via RankMath Pro — Organization schema, GA4 with custom conversion events via Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console connected and sitemap submitted. Page speed: 91/100 Lighthouse on desktop at launch. Week 3-4: Email marketing system via Zoho Campaigns. Three lead magnets created for email capture. Opt-in forms embedded on high-traffic blog posts. Automated 5-email welcome sequence configured. Week 5-6: Content calendar built in Notion with a 30-day rolling plan. Scheduling automation via Buffer for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest cross-posting. Monthly analytics dashboard in Google Looker Studio showing follower growth, email subscriber growth, website sessions, and top content by engagement.
SEO Results in 90 Days
Three months after launch, the website was ranking on page 1 for 14 target keywords related to the creator's niche. Organic search traffic had grown from zero to 8,400 monthly sessions. The blog section — 12 articles written by Adam using the content creator's voice and expertise — was responsible for 71% of organic traffic. The highest-performing article ranked in position 3 for a search term with 12,000 monthly searches in the Philippines, driving 2,100 sessions per month on its own.
